WSW: Women who have sex with women. WSW refers to any woman who has sex with a woman, whether she identifies as lesbian, bisexual, or heterosexual. WSW represent a wide variety of people, lifestyles, and associated risks for disease. For example, genital herpes is more frequent among WSW than strictly straight women.
